SK magic Malaysia has officially rebranded as SK intellix Malaysia, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategic evolution and long-term vision for the wellness industry.

The rebranding represents more than a change in corporate identity. It reflects the company’s growth and its ambition to become an AI Wellness Platform company, focused on delivering intelligent, technology-driven solutions that support healthier and more sustainable lifestyles.

The new name, SK intellix, is derived from the words “Intelligent” and “X”, symbolising smart innovation and continuous advancement in wellness experiences. Under this new identity, SK intellix Malaysia will continue to introduce innovative offerings while maintaining its role as a trusted wellness partner to customers.

As part of the transition, the company’s new logo and branding will be progressively implemented across its digital platforms, communications, and invoicing. Customers will continue to receive the same products and services, with no changes to existing accounts, warranties, or service agreements.

During the transition period, recurring auto-deduction payment statements and certain manual payment channels, including JomPAY and virtual accounts, may temporarily continue to display the name “SK magic.” These will be updated to reflect “SK intellix Malaysia” in future phases.

Customers with enquiries regarding billing or monthly rental payments are advised to verify their statements through the company’s customer service hotline at 1800 18 7878.
